In industrial processing, sometimes meat with a high proportion of rind
or frozen meat is fed into the meat mincing machine. While passing on this
material from the feeding worm into the processing area the raw material
is overstrained with conventional construction.
In order to avoid this and to handle the raw materials really carefully
MADO offers a heavy duty variant for their INDUSTRIAL MINCERS MEW 727 -
729. This SL design offers the unique opportunity to mince deep-frozen
meat either from the block (special equipment) or pre-broken and put it
directly onto a 3 mm-hole disc.
With the patented cutting and bearing system by MADO in conjunction with
the double feeding worm made of stainless steel you ensure that the raw
material is that much pre-minced before being passed on to the processing
worm that the processing material won't be crushed in any way. A frequency
converter for the feeding worms' drive ensures that neither the motor nor
the gear will be overstrained. The mincer's capacity is used to an optimal
degree through the impeccable conveying of material. This way the quality
of the cross-section is remarkably increased. The minced materialoffers
a first-rate granularity and the temperature increase is reduced to aminimum.
This makes for a unique quality.
