The automatic mincers ULTRA MEW 725 and MEW 726 are available in four designs for the demanding meat processor. With hopper volumes of 130 to 250 liters you easily attain a processing capacity of up to 3000 kg/h in the finest quality. Thanks to the fully developed patented MADO technology of basket system, pressure and feeding screw as well as feeder and bearing wedge and rotary feeders, an optimal output is guaranteed with a minimum consumption of energy. The patented technology revolutionizes modern meat processing, produces hygiene and reduces costs. Frozen material of up to -10° C can be effortlessly processed. Separating devices for the separation of cartilage and tendons, an electrically locked finger                      guard at outlet, cooling and gassing equipment as well as variably                              regulated drives are available on request.

The mincers can be optionally equipped with cutting system Unger or Enterprise.
