The revolutionary principle with the layout and development of worm and processing housing as well as other technical features guarantee highest standard of hygiene and quality in mincing.<\/p>\n

The cutting set housing in connection with the plastic processing worm avoids the thermic stress during the mincing process considerably and thus saves the raw material. Due to the consistently implemented hygienic design (polished welding seams at all machines) all MADO machines are absolutely easy to clean.
